The hotel was spotless. The housekeeping staff really takes pride in their work and it shows! The breakfast was very nice! Not just a paper wrapped muffin and oatmeal in a package but freshly made eggs, sausage, and waffles. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. The room and other hotel areas were very clean. The breakfast provided was standard hotel breakfast, but was very good. Ample parking available. Close to many businesses and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, safe location with convenient proximity to multiple restaurants, strip malls, The Grove Preserve, and easy access to the highway. Hot breakfast is much appreciated. They have a hot/cold water dispenser and various teas which is very nice, too.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the parking was free and convenient and the breakfast was good. The only negative was the noise from the nearby highway. We wore ear plugs and they allowed us to rest well. Thanks for a nice stay close to Chicago!

I used the microwave and blew the power strip. TV, microwave and fridge were all on one strip. I paid a lot of money for food. It was for two meals. I had to climb under the desk and keep resetting the power strip. I was not happy. Breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean.

Great location. Very clean, Breakfast was great with a yogurt machine even! Breakfast area was constantly watched for needed refills of food. Tables were cleaned immediately after guests left so new guests could sit at a clean table. Accommodating staff. Parking right outside hotel. Thank you for a great stay. We were most impressed and booked the very next weekend for 4 nights as we help our kids in the Chicago area.

Clean room and clean surroundings. The parking is just not that close from the entrance but its not too far either. I informed the front desk that we will do late check out at 12 noon but he didnt note it down and staff were already knocking in our room around 11am.
