Property was well maintained, felt safe. Room was clean. Our room was on the first floor by the stairs and another entrance door, so it wasn't the quietest room unfortunately. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist with any problems we had (tv was not connected when we arrived and they fixed that very quickly. The air conditioner could not be adjusted with thermostat so they found a workaround.) I stayed because they offered a breakfast and it was close to where I had to go in Shorewood. I did not eat the breakfast that was offered. But it was close to my brother's home. One out of two's not bad. I would stay here again. I would give it a 4 out of 5 star rating.

We stayed 3 nights, second day put the hanger on for maid service, got back that night, didn't happen. Went down and got towels, they apologized put us on a "list" to get cleaned, got back that night, still didn't clean and no towels. Went back down at 9 pm and got towels. They never cleaned our room. Breakfast lady was very nice.

Our experience here was just okay. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Eggs were very unappealing both scrambled and fried eggs. The bagels were hard and stale. There was not a great selection of food or barely any fruit. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was cold, but my daughter still enjoyed it. My daughter ended up stubbing her toe and cracking her toenail to the point it was bleeding. We asked the front staff for a band aid and they had none. No first aid kit at all. I feel this should be a necessity at any hotel. We will not return here.

It was the best stay I ever had! I travel a lot for work and I love it here, I guess that’s why they call it Best Western. Danny was very professional, kind, and accommodating. Will definitely visit here again when I’m in the area. Everything was very clean, delicious breakfast, and very peaceful and beautiful place. 5stars all the way!

Do not stay here!! My family had a horrible experience. The pool area smelled like a sewer. The pool water was cloudy and slimy. There was mold around the chair assist. There were no towels in the pool area. Housekeeping was intent on kicking us out of the pool area. They checked in 3 times to see if we were done. There was a woman smoking in the pool area by the window. Our room, which was booked for 4 people had 2 towels in it. We could not get the shower to produce hot water. We took lukewarm showers. There was no conditioner in the shower, which I did not discover until I was in the shower with my long, thick hair shampooed. The products smelled awful. There were no pillows and blankets for our pull out couch. The pillows were small and flat. The breakfast area was a small room off the lobby. It was stuffed way too full with tables and chairs. There was no room to move in between them. The selection of breakfast was good, but everything was empty. No batter in the pancake machine and no milk for cereal. It was also overly hot in that room. The place in general had a dirty feel to it. We didn’t feel comfortable touching anything. Overall a disappointing experience. We travel a lot and this has been the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review.

My stay at this hotel was incredible from start to finish. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel comfortable right away. The room was spotless, nice jet tub, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back for my 3rd time soon! Highly recommend if you want comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere all in one place!
