Loved the room, the staff and the visit. The only complaint i have is idk why bathrooms dont have an exhaust fan or anything. But they arent the only ones. Great location to the Roosevelt line, grocery store, gas station and a target and walgreens a little bit away. Stayed to watch BTS at Soldier Field and it was a great quick walk. Below is a Paris Baguette and that was a life saver and the discount was great too.

My experience staying at the hotel was pretty great. The room was pretty clean. The workers were pretty helpful with information for the price that I paid. I was just hoping to get free breakfast and hoping it had a swimming pool but the bakery that was downstairs next to the hotel was amazing. Everything was walking distance..

They list a valet parking service that is actually not available, which caused me extra expenses. They should let guests know about these things before arrival. It delays scheduled activities.

The staff switched our rooms because our floor was wet. Rooms are really small. Bedding was clean. Wallpaper is peeling. There’s also discoloration on the walls. It’s clearly an older facility that needs an overhaul. You get you pay for. Staff were all very helpful and nice! It’s close to the museums and water.

This hotel was adequate. Nothing special. We stayed overnight because we attended a concert at Northerly Island. The location was within walking distance to the concert. In that regard it was just fine. We found a Spot Hero parking spot nearby, the hotel’s parking was expensive and not guaranteed since they share a parking lot/garage with another hotel.

Great location to the museums! Parking was expensive but everywhere to park in Chicago is ridiculous. At least you get valet for the price and it’s super quick and efficient. Hotel is older and could use some updating but overall it was a great value. Will stay again!
