This was my first time staying at an Aloft hotel. This is a very modern place to stay and felt very up to date. Upon check-in, our refrigerator was not running but the front desk staff had it swapped out quickly. It wasn't a big deal for us but convenient that they were able to help with that as quickly as they did. We stayed at the Aloft in the winter, I would like to revisit during a busy season. The front desk and bartender in the lobby were really friendly and made it seam like this was almost like a family run business. I really enjoyed the stay and will likely return next year.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was temporarily closed. The workout room equipment was old and didn't work very well. The hallways had a strong odor. When I requested a late checkout on a Wednesday when they weren't very busy, i was told it would be an extra $100.

Decent stay,.good price.

I enjoyed the hotel for the most part. Nice location, friendly service. However the morning shower never got past lukewarm and the mattress was very uncomfortable.
