I chose this hotel based on location and proximity to my work conference. I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service, cleanliness of the room and amenities available. I even noticed the main in my room used an “Emily hotel” zip tie for one of my chargers that wasn’t tied up. So sweet of her! I also enjoyed the coffee bar downstairs. I tried the tuna bowl with quinoa downstairs at the Faro restaurant. It was okay. The service was very slow and not as friendly as the hotel staff was!
