The front desk staff was wonderful, some of the best I’ve seen. Every request, and I had a few this trip, was met with a yes and a smile. The location is amazing with so much to do within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. Overall a fantastic stay!

It was centrally located next to many places to eat and the magnificent mile. Staff was very nice and friendly - pool was clean all areas were clean. Parking was simple and easy. We would choose to stay here again when in Chicago. We arrived early wasn’t counting on getting in early but was able to 3 hours early. Very cool
