Staff was very helpful from start to finish. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was great with an amazing city view! I did not get to use the onsen, but the hotel does sell tattoo patches. Location of hotel is between two train station and just about the same distance. You have a Don Quijote right next door and a 7 Eleven across from thr hotel.

Next to Donki and walking distance to some good restaurants, good location if you drive. Spacious and clean, but a bit old style, still using metal key to access room. Breakfast can be skipped considering there are many other delicious options in JP. Very good price.

Beautiful hotel, safe area, friendly and extremely helpful staff, comfortable beds, 7 eleven was across for convenience. Couldn't walk to the hotel from the train station. However, taxi fare was cheap $5-$8 dollars. The breakfast buffet could be a bit better. HThe staff at the breakfast buffet where super nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service! I arrived late at midnight but the staff was still very friendly and introduced the hotel services clearly. The public bath is amazing and a must-go item after a trip to Japan. The sea view is great as well! Donki, Lawson and Ichiran are nearby so it's convenient. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the train station which requires ~15mins walk if you have a heavy luggage, so prepare more time to walk to the station after checkout. But still would recommend this hotel overall!
