The reception staffs are very helpful and friendly. Plus the breakfast is always a “looking forward to “ every day . Great food and experience as a first timer in Japan
The staff was very helpful and informative and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. This hotel is a brisk walk away from the station. I will definitely come back again when I visit Chiba.
Great hotel. Big lobby and overall very clean. About 10 min walk from Chiba station so it was conveniently around all the restaurants. The staff is nice and friendly.
Very comfortable stay here. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. Everyone I spoke with understood English. I would stay there again.

Liked: Staff & service
Property was clean (microwave and 3 washing/dryer machine available), staff were helpful, lots of dining area around.
Room was confortable, quiet. Be aware: you are in Japan so room/bathroom are not huge and closet area is really small. If you have big luggage, you will have to store them everywhere.
In the center of Chiba zoo and museum are 10 -15 mins away they have a lot of near by things like shopping dinning
Hotels on the old school side but room was clean.

Royal Pines stay
The beds were terrible as they were hard as sleeping on rocks. The pillows were tiny and flat and you didnt feel like you had one. The hotel is in a good area for the monorail, with multiple convenience stores and restaurants close by. We were not sure if it is a red light district or clubbing area but the streets beyond the monorail definitely gave off a vibe that you arent supposed to be there after dark. That is just our opinion.

It was good to sleep in. The space is small compared to a regular hotel even for a US motel 6 size. The hotel is quiet and staff are accomodating. The tv doesnt offer any english shows. The room ac doesnt really cool the room but they offered a fan which we used. The location is fantastic. Near a JR station and shops and street food/ restaurants. It is across the park which had an event that weekend.
The staff were very nice and helpful but the property itself is not good the room was dirty the sheets weren’t clean and the bathroom was very dirty, I loathed taking a shower in there. They also do not have a safe in the room to put important stuff which was weird. The area around the place was convenient but the room was dirty and disgusting they also don’t have a phone in the room.
