Stayed in the Japanese style room for 2 nights and it was the best choice. Loved the traditional bath which I used at least 4x myself. The location was excellent too: 1) there’s airport bus right downstairs and the train station was just 1-2 mins walk, 2) 7-11 x2 and Fam Mart 1-2 mins walk 3) huge Aeon supermarket 3mins walk 4) Aeon Mall which made the Costco look tiny 7mins drive or 1 JR stop. This was the best landing zone to wear off the jet lag.

Excellent value and superb location for train and shopping. Many good restaurants nearby. Property is a bit dated (push button AC, no temperature control, so gets very cold). Power outlets are badly placed to plug in adaptors; zero consideration given to overseas power needs. A strange eco service that basically doesn’t clean your room every day). But overall very pleasant and good value.

I had a happy return to this hotel for a second stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering a free upgrade to a larger room and allowing me to check out late. The comfort of the room and the courteous and helpful staff were just as impressive as my first visit. One of the main reasons for my return was their breakfast buffet. It’s a separate fee, but it’s well worth it. They offer an impressive variety of Japanese and Western delicacies, all prepared using locally grown and produced ingredients. Omelettes and fried eggs are cooked to order in front of you while you wait. I’ll definitely be coming back again on my next trip to Japan.

Overall, the staffs were friendly and kind. The amenities and appliances were in good condition and provided per needed. The facility was overall clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast buffet during the stay that was good. Transportation was so convenient. It would be great to have universal plugs and USB C-type plug in a room and the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Miss Y. Nokura deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. She was extremely welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful throughout my visit. I would also like to mention Thu, who was equally attentive and always willing to lend a hand. It is clear that the team here takes pride in providing excellent service, and these two staff members are a perfect example of that. Their warm and genuine attitude made all the difference in my experience, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service.

Breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant has an exceptional view and high ceilings. Very comforting to eat there. They make omelettes and sunny side ups per request-included in the breakfast. I tried salmon and grilled mackerel the last two days and they were nicely cooked and very tasty. There are vending machines for drinks, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The room was kept very clean. Had all the amenities a person would need. Staff was very helpful. Central location: very close to the train and bus stations, and the malls. There is a park just next to the hotel with lovely trees. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again.
