When we booked this hotel we were looking for a hotel with a pool as we new the weather was going to be very hot. We asked on arrival where the pool was only to be informed it was no longer in use. Very disappointed. It is advertised on the internet having a pool. Please change your advertising on Expedia. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel is very clean and convenient. However, the building itself and the room furnitures are quite old, especially electronics including tv and the heater control is quite bad.

Convenient location, close to train station and bus stop. Also, there are lots of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores near by. Room was old and outdated. Shower head was so small and shower curtain was thin. The shower curtain didn't stay spot while showering and kept coming to me.

I stayed on the 5th floor. As soon as I got off the elevator, I felt sick from the moldy smell that spread throughout the floor. There was hair left in the bathroom of the room, and the cleaning was not sufficient. The breakfast was limited in variety and was not satisfying.

スタンダードなホテルとしては、文句はほぼ無いです。 朝ご飯もメニュー豊富で良かったです。 風呂場に体を洗う専用のタオル（よくあるメッシュ状の薄手のタスキのようなタオルや、スポンジなど含めて）が無いので、そこはハンドタオルを体を洗うように転用しないといけないので、手を洗った時に拭くタオルがありません。これはちょっと困りました。

海浜幕張駅から徒歩3分ほどで、移動に便利、飲食店やコンビニも近く、立地はすこぶる宜しい。メッセのイベントホールにも徒歩で私の足なら10分ほどで行けます。素泊まりでしたが、設備が最新のものでなくても不自由は全くありません。コスパも良いのではないでしょうか。
