The best part about this hotel is the wonderful staff, very friendly and so helpful! Location is great with the main Chiba Station about a fifteen minute walk away, but Chibachuo Station is a 3min walk away with many shops, a few grocery stores, and restaurants within the station or within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is dated with very dark hallways, there isn't an actual lobby, and the onsen is mediocre at best (recommend finding an offsite onsen) and tattoos are strictly not allowed, even with coverup, so keep this in mind if you have tattoos when booking. We had two rooms with "king beds," however only one bed was actually a king sized bed, the other was at least 10 inches shorter. The rooms are a little tight and the bathrooms are quite a step up to get into (which only really mattered as we had two seniors in our group with bad knees).

酒店鄰近京成千葉中央站，步行約5分鐘，如果坐JR則要步行15分鐘到千葉站，但沿京成線下層的商場步行，沿途大部份都是室內 房間乾淨整潔，在地下層有洗衣房，大浴場很大，浸浴後還有雪條供應 房內插卡供電，但夜間一拔卡即時斷電及關燈，有點不方便，希望拔卡後能延遲斷電 性價比高，附近有商場，非常方便

The onsen was my highlight of the property. Only one hot bath and no saunas but the facility was nice and clean. Chiba is a quiet residential area, but the hotel was close to train station and plenty of restaurant options in the area.
