忘れ物をしたことに気づき当日連絡しても見つからないと言われ、後日、清掃担当の者からやっぱりありましたとの電話がありました。清掃スタッフが出し忘れていたそうです。そのスタッフの不手際にも関わらず、あろうことかその後、着払いで発送され、挙げ句の果てに忘れ物が一つ足りていませんでした。(必ず他の忘れ物と一緒の場所に置いてあったのに電話で確認したらないと言われました。泣き寝入りするしかありません。)この口コミを見ている方がおられましたらトラブル回避のためにも他のホテルを検討されることをお勧めいたします。もし泊まる予定の方がおられましたら、忘れ物をしたらトラブルに遭遇する確率が高いためチェックアウトの際は念入りに確認することをお勧めいたします。

他ではあまり見ない大浴場とサウナがあるので空きがあって割引き効く時に出張で利用させていただいてます。エアコンがカビててしばらくつけると喉が痛くなったので、たまにクリーニングしていただけるといいかなと思います。
