原本的建物是規劃當成學生套房的，被接受成飯店，鄰近中正大學，可是晚上許多屁孩在飆車，還有救護車的警笛，睡的不舒服

入住9棟3樓，由於1樓是餐廳，晚上到深夜（23點）以及早上，都有桌椅拖行的聲音，這聲音在透天的建築會發生嚴重的共鳴，並讓人覺得是樓上發出的。 早上與晚餐的拖行聲是用餐客人發出的，而晚餐後到深夜則是餐廳工作人員整理所造成，整理時的桌椅拖行聲非常令人厭惡及反感，煩請教育員工桌椅請離地搬移，並且黏貼軟墊在桌椅角上隔音，非常差勁的入住品直撥。

入住房間是9211，廁所馬桶邊會有糞水流出，雖然訂的是禁菸房，入住還是會有烟味，隔音還行，但一樓進出沒有管制，任誰都能進到飯店內，不安全。
