“The best location in the downtown. The staff in the reception is very friendly. Breakfast is very good, A machine for espresso should be appreciated.”

“What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!”

“Amazing place the owner and staff and the restaurant unique and aunthentic Italian food Great!”

“Fantastico hotel, tutto eccellente, non potrei aggiungere altro. Se ritorno a Como sceglierò sicuramente quest’hotel.”
