The Chom Chiang Rai Hotel opened just 12 months ago. Everything is new and sparkly with plenty of great on-site carparking. Staff are very accommodating to your requirements. On the negative side I have two comments......... 1. Location - The hotel is a short distance out of the centre of Chiang Rai so it will better suit travellers with a vehicle. I had my own vehicle so getting around wasn't a problem but most holiday makers will usually organise guided tours that will pick you up from the hotel. 2. Shower Screen - The bathroom has a 'walk-in' wet shower without a glass screen or curtain. Unfortunately the bathroom gets rather wet. Overall, I believe that you will enjoy your stay a Chom Chiang Rai Hotel and find it good value for money
