Staff was amazing. Hotel is not a 5 star accommodation but a mid level hotel that serves as a great base to explore the city from. Things to know? Mattresses are firm. Secure parking in the back. Short distances between Nimman and old city ares.

Pleasant stay

It's was a pleasant stay. Though rooms are a bit old but Staff are extremely friendly, easy access to food, 7-11 is just nearby, free cable TV & wifi signal is strong. Would definitely revisit the hotel again. Definitely Worth the price u pay.

Just ok. Not worth the price. Such noisy customers. No overnight staff to take care of disrespectful propletalking lowdly and walking like they are as heavy as elephants . Hard bed. Old towels. Dint rely on the reception business hours, they tend to be late on the weekend. Dusty in corners. The water in the pool was foggy with bugs. Jets not woking so no water circulation; so never got to try it..Well situated .

部屋は清潔で明るく、夜中うるさくない地域で良かったです。部屋までのエレベーターは滞在している人しか入れないようにキーロックがかかるようになっているのも安心できた。近隣には歩いてすぐの飲食店もあり、また次回利用したいです。長期滞在にもオススメします。コインランドリーが有ればもっと良かったです。

Nice place.

This is the third time we stay at this hotel and we will certainly stay there again . It's has a perfect location, nice room's and friendly staff. It's a good hotel for a nice price. Some room's are a little worn down but they are clean and no problem to stay in.

最上階のお部屋にバルコニーつきだったが、部屋の壁に蟻の行列、バルコニーに鳩の軍隊が毎朝５時に必ず屋根を突いて騒音をたて、そして鳥独特の匂いがバルコニーを開けるたびにした。 建物自体は、古い為バスタブにヒビが入っていたりと、気になった。 あまり施設に期待をしない方が良い。 良い点としては、チェックインカウンターのスタッフは、気さくでフレンドリーな方達でした。

Most pleasant stay on a budget

The hotel is on a central road in the area, so accessible is really convenient. Plus, as the whole of the Chiang Mai city has access to the Neuron electric scooter rental service, the Geo parking spot is just in front of the hotel, which makes it even more convenient and ideal for low budget travel. But the water pressure for the shower could be improved though.

We stayed for 3 weeks and are very happy with the staff at the front desk. HOWEVER we were much less pleased with housekeeping. Twice we returned to the room after 3 and room was not done and twice we returned to the room to FIND it UNLOCKED!!!!! Not good. Apart from that issue though, we went two years in a row. The location is fantastic and the room great value.

Good location for tourist. Big room but old condition Toilet very old and dirty. Towel like 20 years used torn and dirty. TV is in antique fish box style now difficult to find one. Recommend to take pictures for kids.

Nice little place quiet

This is a good place but pay the extra dollar for the deluxe rooms because theyve been remodeled recently with new beds. Bathtub is nice.
