The Inside house was beautiful! We loved the big tree that was in the courtyard and while enjoying the pool we could lookout at the courtyard! The staff went above and beyond and were amazingly nice! The level of service was exceptional! The free breakfast was fantastic and the staff remembered our preferences abd party size each time! Loved this hotel!

The staff in the rooms were marvelous. Location fantastic inside the old city, but accessible to airport and other attractions. Staff was exceptional in every way. Very accommodating. The high tea was our highlight of each day. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

This might be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were execeptional and the small touches such as packing us sandwiches for when we left, free minibar, cosmetics from L'Occitaine, fluffy slippers, fresh flowers everywhere every day just made it so special. There is a free afternoon tea every day which is magical and breakfast is amazing. I cannot praise this place enough.

We loved this property! The food was excellent! The complementary afternoon tea with magnificent desserts was phenomenal! The rooms were beautifully decorated. The restaurant staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. The front desk was extremely helpful in providing cars, tuk tuks and any other forms of transportation you needed. They had great suggestions for other restaurants. The hotel is perfectly located to the Sunday market most of the Pagodas in downtown Chiang Mai, shopping and restaurants. We loved this hotel! Very Zen!!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff are so sweet and helpful; loved our room & pool, packed with every amenity. Just a beautiful oasis in the middle of Chiang Mai. The food choices were broad and excellent - we especially loved afternoon tea daily and those passion fruit shakes. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Sad to leave such a special place - up there with my favorite properties in the world! Hope to return some day!

This was an awesome stay. The room was very clean and the balcony bathtub was great and filled up quickly. There was a complementary champagne and beer in the room. The staff were exceptional. I had an early flight and they arranged for me to have a breakfast ready as soon as I went to the breakfast area, suggested what time I should leave for my domestic flight back to Bangkok, and arranged the taxi for me. Would definitely come back.

This was my husband and is favorite hotel stay out of all the places we stayed in Thailand on our honeymoon. The staff was unbelievably attentive, helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful. If you’re thinking about getting one of the pool suites just do it! It was so worth it. They’re heated and make for the perfect relaxation activity after long days of exploring Chiang Mai. The location is excellent. So walkable to many restaurants, spas, etc.
