Wonderful friendly staff; confortable rooms with a small balcony. Breakfast has a variety of food. In a very walkable area and close to the Old City Gate. There are lots of bars, restaurants, shopping and massage places near by.

I booked the room with a balcony. It was small but very clean and cozy. The AC should be cooler but staff came and fixed it so it was working okay. The staff at the reception was very professional, helpful and smiling all the time. Breakfast was very basic with limited choices but given the price it was okay. All in all a nice place to stay for a short visit.

I have made three different reservations at this hotel because it simply the best I have seen in the area, I’ve walked to over a dozen different hotels in the old town and I asked to look at the rooms and this is by far the best. I strongly recommend it, The staff is amazing, everyone has a great attitude, I work in the hotel industry and had an opportunity to see the hotel manager work one day and she runs this hotel with a lot of pride like if she was the owner, a very professional hotel, I got to see her working , and I would love to stay here over and over again. Thanks to all the staff and the manager for all the warmth and help!
