Magical Place

This place is magical. We were so impressed with the attention to detail they put both into the property and the rooms. They even drove us to the airport at 4 am, before taxis operated. We loved their friendly cats and the morning tea/ coffee.

Beautiful decor and courtyard. Simple but clean rooms and extremely welcoming staff. The water pressure didn't really exist but the location and convenience more than made up for it! I'd absolutely stay here again.

As a former CM resident - impressed!

Great location and price, homey Lanna style accommodation, generous amenities, friendly staff. We had planned to try a few different spots around the city but ended up re-booking here each time.

Really nice guesthouse, but some facility problems like only cold water from the shower head in the bathroom, bugs coming in the room, TV turned into all blue screen for all the channels... The staffs of the guesthouse were so kind and fixed those problems quickly, so I don't care, but if they could spend more for the building it would be the wonderful guesthouse for everyone.

Charming little place with a wonderful patio for hanging out. The staff are friendly and the location is great! right next to the sunday night market, but on a quiet street.

Hotel is tucked down a small alley yet close to everything and nice and quiet. The rooms are very small but decorated tastefully with air con and fridge. However there are other hotels nearby that offer more amenity's for a lower price.

Relaxing and super welcoming vibe

This hotel is down a alley way right near a gate entrance for Old City Chiangmai, it's an incredible area. The vibe of the location and genuine kindness and welcoming attitude of the staff is something out of this world. The only downside was a lack of toiletries and the hot water never seemed to get much higher than the air, which all things considered was mostly warm enough.

good choice for budget travelers

Great location, helpful host & hostess. Honestly to say the facility is a little bit old, however the location and service are worth the price.
