The check in was an extra day we chose to stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and adequate for a short or longer stay. There are drinks and small snacks replenished daily which is very nice. Breakfast was nice too. Not the best for vegetarians but we were suitably impressed. A great value for money hotel. A walk of 40 minutes to the night bazar but grab taxis as little as £2

The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. They truly made staying here memorable! The condition of the property was good, not great because the bathroom exhaust fan kept blowing out greyish black debris, the mounted indoor AC system would occasionally drip water-(perhaps condensation) on the floor and the hand towel rack was barely handing on. The common areas were well kept and clean. Beautiful scenery out back.

Peaceful place to stay situated right by Ping river. Breakfast was included. Grabbed food and stepped out to enjoy at one of the tables by the river. Called Bolt around 10 am and the car came within 5 minutes every time. Most places cost 90 to 150 baht for me on a compact car.

Not a bad hotel for low season.complimentary breakfast was good. my only complaint was that a lot of vehicles that we requested for pickup could not find the location and would cancel on us also the back of the property was not much to look at and be wary of the karaoke bar next door as it may be an issue for some

Very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. My only negative is that the property seemed hard to find for most of the drivers we called. Lots of cancellations from the drivers. Besides that, no issues. Would definitely stay again!

We spent 5 days at this hotel which was approx 1.5km from Chiang Mia Old City, thb80 in a bolt taxi. This wasn’t an issue for us as there was only 2 of us. We had a wonderful riverfront room with free mini bar. The room was clean and comfortable we used the dry cleaning service for 3 days, cleaning approx 20 items which came to thb370 (£9) for all. Breakfasts were the best we’ve seen so far for variety and quantity. Chiang Mai itself was a wonderful place, very relaxing during the day, getting busier in the evening. We had a lot of the local dish Khao Soi, what a flavor some meal and very light too. All in all 5 days only scratched the surface so we’ll be back again.

Enjoyed our stay

Check in was quick and easy and there is plenty of free parking if you are driving. We had a river view overlooking the gardens which are well kept with a koi carp pond. Bed was large and comfortable with good aircon. The shower was good but very small bathroom no room to set out ones toiletries but fine for just a 2 day break. The room and hotel was clean and well maintained they provide kettle tea coffee in the room but also provide water fruit juices pringle criskps sweets also free of charge. The pool is tiny and in shade so nobody uses it but there are some very comfortable chairs and loungers by the pool. Breakfast was ok four choices of cereal couple of choices of yoghurt. Only fried eggs on offer which were not hot not good for those who like english breakfast but very good thai options available if you dont mind that. Tea coffee orange juice also available. There is no bar or restaurant service after breakfast. There is however a very good restaurant right next door with live music everynight but mostly Thai music. The hotel is quite a walk to the busy areas of night bazarre but if you're reasonably fit it is 30 mimutes easy walk or 10 minutes drive. Overall good value for money would stay again
