Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Un desastre

Rien n’allait du début à la fin: - On arrive en milieu d’après midi pour Check in : personne à la réception. Il y a un numéro sur la porte. Une dame qui est amie du propriétaire nous aide, elle appelle, personne répond. 20 min plus tard, une femme arrive. Elle prend nos passeports, photocopie, donne une clé. Pas un mot. On trouvera la chambre par nous même. - Le soir, l’hôtel verrouille ses portes à 20h et il y a un code pour pouvoir rentrer : personne ne nous a prévenu, on aurait pu se retrouver dehors. - La chambre réservée était annoncée « vue ville », on a vue sur le couloir de l’hôtel … - néon blafard, mobilier spartiate, on a vu mieux niveau déco et confort Le pire rapport qualité-prix en 2 mois en Thaïlande
