Absolutely one of the best stays weโ€™ve had in a while. To start with the staff was so nice and welcoming. They made us feel right at home for moment one. Clean rooms, affordable and walkable to everything in the old quarter and right down the road from the Sunday walking market and south gate markets. This is not or first time to the area and we will be back. Maybe found our home away from home. Thank you to the staff here.

Nice place to stay in Chiang Mai, we were within walking distance of many tourist attractions, including the sunday night market. The staff was great. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean.

Very nice boutique hotel for the price. Convenient location for dining and shopping all within a 15-20 minute walk. English skills pf the staff were very limited but they were very attentive to our requests.

The property itself was beautiful and clean with mostly friendly staff. The pool was nice, the rooms were nice and well kept. Issue number 1: no real hot water from shower or sink. I know thailand hotels have this problem hit or miss but I almost avoided showering when rain hit Chiang Mai because I would be colder due to no hot water. Rarely even warm water. If there is a level below warm thatโ€™s what it was and even that was inconsistent. Issue number 2: NOISE. Whether it was neighbors slamming doors, dragging heavy tables across the floor or the staff working around the rooms there was SO MUCH NOISE often early in the AM it even late at night. They have these wind chimes in the pool area that might drive you absolutely crazy while trying to sleep.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Before we arrived we had no idea what to expect. Once we arrived, we felt like we were treated like family! The room was very spacious, very clean and quite comfortable! The hotel staff treats you like a family member! The young ladies at the front desk gave us excellent information about the night markets, restaurants and shopping. We got our laundry washed, iron and folded and it was very inexpensive. The most important thing is that this place is inside โ€˜the squareโ€™, or the Old City walls, so all of the best food and shopping is literally all around you. Super easy to walk! An amazing restaurant and souvenir shop is literally right down the road called See You Soon. One of the best Green Curry meals Iโ€™ve EVER had is a place nearby called Cha Da, maybe 5 minute walk or less. Best of all, I always use Get Your Guide in every city around the world to book tours and the van will literally pick you up out front of this hotel! The pool is small but nicely placed and very comfortable for hot days after touring. This place is magnificent, and Iโ€™m not kidding! We plan on retiring in Thailand and this place will always be go to for us to stay or have family stay. We love it! One last thing, the restaurant upstairs on the 3rd floor is a secret spot! The chef up there makes delicious, legit Thai food. Even if you donโ€™t stay here, drop by just to eat dinner upstairs, you wonโ€™t regret it! Highly recommend this place!

This was one of our all-time favorite places! The manager helped us plan everything each day, including hooking us up with drivers, and taught us a lot about the language and culture. All of the staff were so kind and helpful and we felt so welcome and at home. We were traveling with two little kids and they were all so great with them. They even got to know our coffee drink in the morning. Our room was huge and had a couch/chairs/sitting area and an adorable balcony. The pool was a nice retreat as well. This boutique hotel was beyond amazing and exceeded any expectations. It is also in a great location in the old city. I wouldnโ€™t stay anywhere else. We loved it here so much!

This hotel have beautiful pictures and good staff, but so many problems and no manager to fix it. They move the routers that give WiFi around as guests come and go so internet is hopeless. The pool doesnโ€™t seem to have a filter so itโ€™s very dirty. And there was electrical problems during my stay. I left 3 days before I was supposed to. Asked for a refund for these days and god rejected. Some days at this hotel was nice. Some days was really bad. This hotel could be much better with a manager to look after the property right.
