The hotel is quite outdated and feels a bit neglected. While the location is excellent — right in the center and close to everything — the facilities are clearly worn out and need renovation, especially the bathroom and common areas. The pool is nice, the staff were very kind and attentive throughout the stay.

The hotel is older but clean. Staff were very helpful. There is a pool but we did not use it. Air conditioning works fine. Location is great. Easy to walk to many restaurants and Wats. For the price, I don’t have any complaints.

While staying at the Anodard, you are only a guest at the hotel pool next door! The food is good and not too expensive. Generally I would say that you get twice the hotel for the same price as Bangkok but with rats!

Great hotel, we stayed ended up extending our stay here twice. Staff is very friendly, consistently cleaning and checking in on you. Front desk always great you. Mr. Yai is super friendly! The pool is newly renovated and probably the highlight of the hotel tbh. The rooms are good as well bed and pillows were comfy. Definitely recommend (PS book your excursions with them, they are the cheapest, we learned from our first time and ended with up paying an arm and a leg meanwhile the front desk had a cheaper price)

Good Staff, Cheap Price and good location with a decent sized open room. Everything else was bad room was dirty and TV / Fridge both don’t work, hotel and everything in it is 50 years old, make sure you ask to be shown how to heat the shower at reception. There are much better hotels for not much extra money, they are a better option.

I liked the outdoor area of the hotel. It is located in a tourist area with food and things nearby. the pool is shared with the neighborhood hotel and has most of the tables and chairs reserved for the other hotel. There is a small area for this hotels guests to sit by the pool which is a run down area. The pool is nice. The hotel room has mold on walls, dirty bathroom, stained bedsheets, and our room had a AC unit that was not working. It has a mini fridge in the room.

This property is located in the old city of Chiang Mai and with in walking distance to many of the attractions. Compare to the other hotels in this area, this hotel is basic but provides a comfortable stay at a great value. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updating of the rooms.

Older property that has seen better days. For the price however you can't beat it. I would not stay here a month but a few nights to save some money-it works. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Door lock on room high quality. Mattress on bed was cheap but worked for me and my back.

This hotel has remained unchanged for 40 years, with no maintenance and certainly no renovations. The entire place is practically uninhabitable and definitely no longer deserves 3 stars. There were stains on both pillows, dark joints in the shower, air conditioning didn’t work below 27°C. The furniture varnish was peeling off. Not to mention the filth on the floor in the hallway, the patchwork repairs on the walls, and the dirty curtains and windows. Cet hôtel est dans son jus depuis 40 ans, sans entretien et encore moins des rénovations. L’ensemble est quasi insalubre et ne vaut certainement plus 3 étoiles. Il y avait des taches sur les 2 oreillers, des joints de carrelage moisis dans la douche, l’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas en dessous de 27°C. Les revêtements des meubles se gondolent. Sans parler de la crasse du sol dans le couloir, des rafistolages sur les murs, des rideaux et des fenêtres sales.
