“Lovely room and layout - fresh and spacious. Everything was in working order and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was convenient though not a lot of options within walking distance. Great trails and safe sidewalks for roaming.
I highly recommend this property if you like having a kitchen and a comfortable space to hang out.”

“Older style motel that was very well maintained with all amenities. About 5 - 10min out from Albany CBD. Definitely recommend.”

“The rooms were nicely self contained, with all the amenities included. They were spaced apart from the other villas making them a quiet stay with also a short stroll to the beach. The caretakers were a lovely couple who were friendly and helpful”

“Firstly check-in was super quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was extremely clean and was awesome. Comfortable king size bed and had all of the required amenities. The park itself was great and easy to come and go. Middleton Beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back and stay with our extended family. Thanks Big 4 Holiday Park for a fabulous holiday.”
