We appreciated the breakfast and the beds but we found someone else's hair in the bathroom and on the pillows/sheets. It is concerning. I was trying to ignore the other negative feedback but nope. They are accurate. For such a nice hotel, why it is so dirty?

The hotel was comfortable and the beds were nice. Every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and they were very friendly. They did appear understaffed, co sideline the place appeared to be nearly full. I really appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly. Though it is clear some patrons don't pick up after their pets, which is a shame. That is one area on the exterior that could usesome sprucing up. Maybe the placement of more pet waste collection bins (even though some people will ignore it because they are slobs).

the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our previous reservation was canceled due to over booking that very same day and we made the reservation in September the year before and they felt no remorse whatsoever and we were heading out that way that same morning. We had no idea what we were going to do! we stumbled on your hotel, and we were so delighted we did!!! they say everything happens for a reason, and we are big believers for sure now!!! thank you for a wonderful stay and beautiful Hotel!!!

Check-in was at 3pm and the room was not ready until 7pm. The room was okay, but could have been cleaned better (pink mildew in the shower, brown ring around the drain in the sink). Website showed 12pm check-out, but someone knocked on the door a few minutes after 11am saying check-out was at 11am. Staff was nice and I know it was busy for CFD, but chaotic overall.

The inside foyer was a little dated, I think they were in the process of installing a new floor. That stated, the room was very clean, bed comfortable, great pillows. Parking was easy, free breakfast. Everything was terrific. I would return for sure.

The front desk staff are amazing. He is retired Army and he definitely wants to help. Plenty of parking. The hotel is going through some remodel work so don't mind that. The room was decent. Needed better attention but when you're exhausted you don't fuss. Let the front desk know. Will stay again.

Our first room had not been properly cleaned before we checked in, so we had to return to the front desk and request a different room. The staff was helpful and quickly got us into a second room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, during our stay we found a roach in our coffee, which was very disappointing. We also weren’t able to use the pool because it wasn’t accessible. We had planned to use it the morning we checked out, but since the staff seemed busy and we were leaving, we decided not to pursue it. While the staff was courteous and helpful, the cleanliness issues and lack of access to the advertised amenities made our stay less enjoyable than expected.
