“My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. “Very spacious and clean with an outside patio with a great view of the busy harbour. Lots of shops/bars restaurants and activities for all ages in walking distance.”

“Nicely equipped apartment with comfortable furniture. A bit worn but mostly clean. Electric fans were helpful with the heat, but windows were very limited opening and the master shower was awkwardly small. Apartment entrance is not correctly labeled on Google maps and the provided map didn't work. Entrance doesn't lock, and found homeless person, abandoned garbage, graffiti on the walls and pot smoking outside of the entrance.”

“Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The surrounding area isn’t the best and I wasn’t comfortable walking around the area at night, but the accommodation is well presented and comfortable. ”

“The photos actually made our room look smaller than what it was. Very comfortable and centrally located to see everything Bath has to offer !”

“Excellent stay in the 2 bedroom garden flat. Accommodation deserves its high hotels.com rating. Parking was included through hotels.com but I would have been annoyed if asked to pay thei advertised fee per night where there's clearly sufficient parking for one car per apartment. ”
