Very kind, good price and amazing willingness.

I stayed here four months ago, and it was excellent. My room was beautiful, spacious clean in a good location of the hotel. This stay we were in a much less desirable room next to the elevator bank. Although we did not request nor need this, it was an ADA room, so the layout was different. The shower was one of the worst we’ve ever had and the handle was about to fall off the wall. I think the most shocking part of the stay was when we came down early in the morning to leave for the airport, people were sleeping in the lobby. The goings on in the immediate streets around the hotel, were also less desirable than last time. The only positive was the rooftop bar where the vibe was super fun – food drinks, and service were all really good. We would not stay here again.

Room was very clean & neat. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve been.

My room was infested with bugs and I was booked in a handicap accessible room that the front desk refused to switch.
