Great location for ferry to Belize

The location was very good to take the ferry to Belize the next morning, and also to enjoy the activities on the malecon on a Friday night. The hotel room itself was very uncomfortable - it had no window! However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice location

Well situated near the beautiful malecon area and major shopping area. The rooms are comfortable but they don't provide face towels so bring your own. There is covered parking wirh security. The morning breakfast buffet was good. I woyld recommend.

I liked that there was an exit through the garage that takes you straight to the strip, on the strip you get to enjoy a lot of entertainment for the entire family. Many restaurants clubs and food trucks. However, even with all the entertainment the hotel is very quiet. I did not like that they closed the garage doors which we used to go for a walk and then when we returned we were not able to get in and had to go around.

Economic, clean, and well-located

Very nice hotel, big, comfortable bed and a clean room with good water pressure. The pool and gym are small but they do the job and are clean as well. The location is perfect if you want to be near the boulevard to go for a walk next to the water any time you want, they also offer rental bikes with accessible prices. I would stay here again next time I go to Chetumal. My only complain is the WiFi, it was intermittent and had to rely on my phone's data fairly often. Also, my wife is vegetarian and sometimes they didn't have any options for her in the buffet, I believe adding oats as an option shouldn't be too expensive and would fix that problem. Luckily the last days of our stay the eggs were either plain scrambled eggs or with vegetables, so we didn't struggle.
