Exeprience was horrible, the property/room advertised was not what we met. Place was under repair, grounds, pool were dirty! Not maintained.

Pool wasnt clean as it has a lot of derbis. There are missing tiles all over the pool floor. TV only showed one channel and it wasnt even clear. Beds are hard as rock and pillows are too flat.

Muy decepcionados! Mala calidad y servicio.

Estamos muy decepcionados con nuestra estancia. Para empezar, por mala Suerte, tuvimos la primera habitación pegada a la recepción ruidosa y con luces prendidas toda la noche. Nada ideal cuando viajas con un bebé. El cuarto estaba un poco sucio, el ventilador nunca funcionó, no nos limpiaron el cuarto aunque nos quedemos 2 noches, y nunca tuvimos agua caliente. La sábanas son como periódico y la cama súper dura. En cima de todo esto, habíamos dejado la ropa de Mi bebé (1 pentatlón y 2 calcetines) a secar a fuera de nuestro cuarto para no ponerlo dentro, y desaparecieron sin explicaciones…. Para mi es lo Más normal cuando las habitaciones cuentan con una área exterior, de dejar una cosas secando sin riesgo que te las roban.

La atención es excelente, el personal es muy amable. Las instalaciones están en buen estado, en muy buena ubicación. Cumplen con los protocolos de salud. Se batalla con el agua caliente.
