Nice basic hotel in Bacalar. Spacious bedroom with big beds, a good shower and a powerful A/C. Friendly staff during check-in and check-out. Unfortunately the pool was empty for cleaning during our stay. Safe parking inside the perimeter of the hotel area. Quite far from the laguna, but good for a quick overnight stay in Bacalar.

Very nice and helpful staff. The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis.

This is a great little hotel in a not-so-great location. It's far from downtown and the lagoon, on a gravel road with no street lights. The pueblo is very safe, but as a single woman, it just didn't FEEL very safe to walk back in the dark....

La habitación está en malas condiciones, sucia y parecía que no se utilizaba en meses porque estaba llena de zancudos, no respetaban los horarios de música y ruido en la alberca. Mala experiencia

Excelente atención de todo el personal, el hotel es cómodo, limpio, seguro y bien ubicado, si usas auto. La única remendacion es que restrinjan a una hora prudente en la noche, el uso de la terraza y las áreas comunes porque se escucha todo el movimiento y ruidos en la habitaciónes.

La ventana de habitación estaba rota mandamos a avisar ya que la ventana es de piso a techo entonces una persona entra bien ahí y se abría no le servía seguro y le dijimos a recepción nos tuvieron esperando q según le avisarían a su jefa era 10 pm y nada q nos decía lo final con un palo trabaron la ventana para q no se abriera y al día siguiente según repararían pero íbamos de salida y debían entrar a la habitación personas extrañas (q son herreros) preferimos no por nuestras cosas personales ya q no tenía caja fuerte en fin pésimo y ranas en todos lados en las noches infestado

Tranquillité et sérénité

Accès facile dans un parking privé sécurisé. Installation rapide et facile. Grande chambre spacieuse avec 2 grands lits, frigo . A l'étage, terrasse ouverte et couverte avec le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner en autonomie. Sauf lors d'un orage qui fait tout disjoncter mais c'est la nature... Agréable endroit avec une piscine sympa et quelques tables et bains de soleil pour la détente. Je conseille.

Flot vedligeholdt hotel, længere væk fra centrum

Et sted som ligger lidt længere væk fra centrum, men vi lejede cykler os så passede det perfekt. Selve hotellet var meget nyt og vedligeholdt og så var der også et lille køkken hvor man selv kunne lave lidt mad.
