“We came during a baseball tournament weekend and so the hotel was packed. We were given the wrong room at check in. We booked a double queen (we had 3 people) were given a room with 1 queen bed. Then when we went down to the deck they gave us a new room, went to it and there is still only one bed, but a king this time. Went back to the desk they said they had no other rooms for that night, but should for the next night. So we agreed to make do. (They compt us a breakfast.) returned to our room...

“Oh, I enjoyed everything about the stay there. You guys were a lifesaver with the last room there I was well taken care of amazing breakfast and hopefully I’ll see you soon.”

“They don’t clean the room every day so I think is It is an unhygienic place, as well as the terrible pool, in very bad condition.”

“The stay started out good. The staff was great. When we got there I looked under sheet and it seemed fine. During the night we started itching. When we got up there was a big bed bug on the top of the cover. We told staff and they said they would handle it and shut the room down to treat. Left out of their paranoid, we have been lucky to never stay at a room with them until now.”

“Staff was very helpful but hallways and elevator need better cleaning. Mattress on fold out couch was heavily stained. Mattress pad was stained, we had to ask for clean one.”
