I would like to say that the front desk named Bon Jovi was amazing. We got there early before check in and I asked her if we could check in early due to our long ride from NY. She told me the rooms weren't ready yet, but she took my number and told me she would call me if a room would be ready. I sat in lobby and 5 mins later she called me over and said a room was ready. I was grateful because we was tired and it wasn't near 4 pm to check in, it was about 1 pm. Great service!

The properties amenities were great. They had coffee and water in the lobby. The proximity to convenient stores and discount stores was great. The only problem I had with the property was the couch looked like it was 25 years old. It had a lot of stains on it. The wooden furniture also was not only out dated it showed signs of major wear and tear, like someone had stripped it down to refinish it. Basically the hotel is nice the price is okay for what you are getting but they really need to change the carpet and update the furniture.

This hotel was in such a convenient location, and the staff truly made our stay even better! The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Ms. Tiana and Ms. Crystal were always so helpful, polite, and welcoming. They greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. And Mr. Kenny with the capital K 😂 kept that lobby and property looking nice and clean! He was also extremely helpful and friendly. We were there for a softball tournament, so you can imagine we had plenty of kids, plenty of questions, and fingerprints EVERYWHERE! 😂 Yet the staff remained patient and accommodating the entire time. We did have one small issue during our stay, but Mr. Marvin stepped in and had it resolved so quickly that it barely felt like an issue at all. We truly appreciated how professionally and promptly he handled everything. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will most definitely be staying here again! Thank you to Ms. Tiana, Ms. Crystal, Mr. Kenny (with the capital K! 😂), Mr. Marvin, and the entire staff for making our softball weekend that much more enjoyable. You all were amazing!

The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the room was shabby. The bathroom had peeling wallpaper. The shower needed to be regrouted. There was a plastic bag full of water handing from the showerhead. The staff said it was because there was a leak. The toilet paper holders were rusty. The bottle of conditioner was empty. It took about 12 hours to get it refilled. The room smelled like bug spray. There was a beetle climbing up the wall and the inside of the lined curtains had dead bugs in them. The whole place just seemed unclean and certainly not what we'd expect for almost $200 a night. I would never go back there. I didn't want to write this review, but Expedia insisted so here it is. Marriott, you can do better, much better.
