The whirlpool is out of service. I called to confirm it was working and the pool was open/heated before making the reservation. We checked in last night, the whirlpool was out of service and the pool freezing. The breakfast was good and plenty of options. The room was large and nice. The hotel outside had a lot of trash around it.

While it had good points, such as an excellent breakfast, the facility was in need of maintenance. Compared to other locations at which we have stayed, it seemed pretty run down. In addition, it was very noisy at night, making for a less than restful sleeping experience. Will not be returning.

We stay here twice a year. It is very convenient to stay here the nights before we drop off and pick up our son at the The Triple R Ranch. The staff are always super nice. The breakfast is good enough. And the hot tub by the pool is super awesome!

The staff was excellent. Our room was clean and perfect for our stay. I was disappointed that they didn't have more grassy areas since dog friendly but overall it was great and we did appreciate the very nice breakfast and coffee.
