Best low cost high service hotel I’ve stayed at in quite awhile. Extremely clean. English as primary language of staff onsite. Very pet friend. Just a great stay and my hotel of choice in Chesapeake/ Greenbrier area.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating but bed is shaky and not stable on the frame. Blankets are not very thick either.

I missed my check in on Monday so I went there Tuesday to check in. They said I was a no show on my reservation on Monday and they said I would have to make a new one. They cashed out my prepaid reservation and took the money. I tried to call Expidia for help and they did call the hotel to see if I could get a refund but wasn’t able to due to hotel policy.

The room was not clean. Towels were not clean. There was hair in the bed and shower, i dicating neither were cleaned. There was trash from whomever was in the room before me. We sat the trash outside of the room for housekeeping to collect. It never was, we stayed for four days. We only saw housekeeping on the first floor.

There were no utensils or cookware or plates which is strange for an extended stay hotel. Bathroom door does not close properly. No bedding on the beds initially. No coffee maker, and the provided breakfast wasn't sufficient

One of the best lower cost hotel I’ve stayed in. Especially clean. VERY helpful staff (although after hours response time was very slow). Had luggage carrier to “move in”, elevator large enough for luggage cart. Couldn’t figure out how to get recline to work. Just very happy and this is my hotel of choice in Chesapeake. Plus the price was right!!
