“The stay was great, the place is wonderful with an amazing design and very calm. Beautiful view on the lake and great food. We were very content with everything. Unfortunately, then we had a bit of a bad aftertaste - during the stay we wanted to pay but the service informed us it was already paid. We didn’t think much about it since we don’t track every 100€. After check out they messaged us that it wasn’t paid after all - I checked it and it was true. I of course agreed to transfer the money...

“la situación es bonita, al lado del lago, pero se podía aprovechar mucho más su disfrute, puesto que le espacio al aire libre es pequeño, el restaurante demasiado cerrado y poco acogedor, en la pisicna no se puede estar cuando hace calor porque hay escasa sombra; le falta una terraza o algún espacio al aire libre y bien acondicionado, agradable para poder estar fuera, un bar o algo similar, ya que no hay nada alrededor del hotel para salir y al final te tienes que quedar allí por narices. “The hospitality, housekeeping and general staff were excellent. This Taj is not a 5 star property. As much as one can appreciate its history, it is a dated property, yet it sits in the middle of a bird sanctuary. Be aware, the luxury villas have bathrooms that are open air. They do not have AC! This is most uncomfortable in a tropical climate. The hairdryer is attached to the wall making it impossible to dry your hair in a cool environment. This is not my idea of 5 star.”
