THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND IT WAS FINE FOR A SHORT STAY BUT THEY ARE RENOVATING CURRENTLY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE AC IS SET TO A TEMP THAT THEY PICK AND IT WAS HOT!!! ALL NIGHT I ASKED THEM TO HAVE SOMEONE COME CHECK AND WHEN HE CAME SAID THE ROOM IS AS COLD AS IT CAN GET WHICH WAS LIKE 75 I COULDNT SLEEP AT NIGHT BC IT WAS SOOO HOT!!

The staff was amazing from Nabilla to Andria and three other young ladies. The engineering staff was amazing as well. We did have some issues with A/C. My room also had a frame on the window that could easily fell on someone, and the toilet was running, but stopped when the shower came on. Also, I couldn’t call guest services due to not having a phone cord. Overall is a nice hotel in an amazing location.
