The staff was great when we had to switch hotels last minute. He was verry helpful. The rooms were great with a balcony. Everything we clean and nice. I will stay there agin and quality inn is my first go to for now on.

The facility is convenient to major Cherokee activities. Clean room, common areas and breakfast dining. Very attentive and helpful staff. From this base we were able to visit Bryson Cilty, Maggie Valley and Oconuluftee Welcome Center. Will definitely stay again in future trips.

Comfortable and Clean Room

Check in was very easy. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. We had a very nice experience at this hotel. They also have a complimentary hot breakfast for guests.

The lady who checked us in had not long started working with the hotel but took her time and made sure she was doing everything correct. She was very chatty which was nice and welcoming telling us about things happening near by. Rooms are lovely and clean my only gripe would be it would've been nice to get a view of the river instead of the car park but never mind.

great stay. air was cold, beds clean, pool great, eggs sausage biscuits & gravy good. clean property!. was a great stay for us. the only improvement i would recommend is to repair the card entry to the motel which is not working. anyone could just walk in from the street. would stay again!
