The staff was nice, the room was clean. However, one of the reasons I chose to stay here was for the heated pool and the hot tub. The pool was cold and the hot tub was out of service. Very disappointed because after coming off the slopes I was really hoping to go and relax. We were not informed of any of this at check in either. Location was great, but really wish I knew about the pool and hot tub earlier.
