Good location but rooms can be a bit dark. Also, they only had 1 power outlet. Other than that, the staff was very kind and helpful during my stay. One thing that also surprised me was that the rooms had a styler to refresh your clothes after eating BBQ.

위치, 대응, 주차 등이 잘 갖추어져 있지만 시설에 문제가 많네요. 문이 꽝꽝 닫히고, 문고리는 일부 파손되어 있고, 콘센트도 부서져 있어요. 어쩌면 오해를 받을 수 있겠습니다.

실내 청결치 않음. 스타일러 작동 않됨...실내 낡았다는 느낌. 특히, 호텔 엘리베이터에 전객실 1인 조식 무료라 암내되어 있는데.. 조식비 받음. 스탠다드룸은 해당이 되질 앟는다고 함. 이에 안내문 수정/떼라고 이야기 팜.

전반적으로 청소가 잘 되어있으나 세면대와 욕실에서 하수구 냄새가 났음. 코드를 꽂는 전원의 위치가 별로 없고 가구에 가려져 있어서 불편했음. 객실안에서 사용할 수 있는 슬리퍼가 있었으면 좋겠음.

전반적으로 실망이었습니다.

깔끔한 외관과 다르게 객실 내부 상태는 좋지못했습니다. 샤워실 배수구는 막혀있었고 가운조차 비치되어있지 않았습니다. 입구 데스크 직원들은 마치 동네 모텔 들어가는 기분이 날정도로 훈련되어있지 않았습니다.

큰방으로 업그레이드 해줘서 좋았음. 자는 것도 편안하고 괜찮았습니다. 근데 완전 방음은 안되서 자정까지 좀 소리 들리는 게 아쉬웠네요. 깔끔한 느낌은 그닥 없었지만 공기청정기랑 스타일러가 있다는 점에서 만족.

객실은 전체적으로는 깨끗한 편이나, 침대 쉬트가 낡은 것었고, 락스냄세가 너무 강해 불쾌함을 느낄정도. 특히, 프런트에 고객대응 태도는 서비스 의식 매우 낮음. 발리파킹이 힘들면, 자율주차하도록 정확히 안내되어야함. 고객차를 공사현장옆에 임시주차? 해 둔 상태에서 시멘트 파편으로 피해를 입히는 상황이나, 아침 교대직원에게 차량 위치도 인수인계되지 않아 차량을 찾으려 지하로 타워로 다시 프론트로 그 바쁜 아침시간에 한 명뿐인 직원분과 함께 헤메이게 만드는 상황은 다시는 발생하지 않도록 해 주시기 바랍니다.
