Surprisingly good! Good bed, good linen (not as chemical as in F1 for example), nice towels. Quiet. Hotel seems new of well renovated. Only thing is that the room is small. The mail part is barely bigger than the bed. So don’t expect much room. There is seriously less than 50 cms between the wall and the foot of the bed. 25 cm’s each on the sides. But hey, the bed was good! And I rather have a good-sized bed than more room around it. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel!

The room was as expected, perhaps smaller, neither myself or the receptionist could alter the room temperature which was freezing. I was given a fan heater which was sufficient. Jeremy was as helpful as he could be, other than that it was a very small room with an en-suite shower and toilet. Had to go out to find coffee and water. On the whole it was a place to sleep. Shower was good

All was fine and as expected BUT both twin beds had "bed bugs" which kept us awake and we had to request an alternative room. We killed between 20 and 30 bugs before we gave up and asked for a room transfer! We appreciate that it is very difficult for you control what your customers bring into the property but it was the first time in our lives for us to experience such an issue in a hotel. This is not intended as a complaint but is feedback for you to be aware of the problem that we experienced.

Je me permets de vous Ă©crire concernant mon sĂ©jour dans votre Ă©tablissement du mercredi 03 septembre 2025 au dimanche 07 septembre 2025, rĂ©servation n° 72065836874344. Je tiens Ă  exprimer mon insatisfaction quant au service non conforme. 1- le linge de lit n’a pas Ă©tĂ© changĂ© et la chambre ainsi que la salle d’eau n’ont pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©es durant notre sĂ©jour Ă  l’hĂŽtel alors que nous avons fait la demande Ă  la rĂ©ception. 2- j’ai rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec un lit double, mais on nous a donnĂ© une chambre avec 2 lits twins. Tout cela a Ă©tĂ© constatĂ© par votre collĂšgue sur place dans la soirĂ©e du samedi 06 septembre 2025. Ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments ont malheureusement nui Ă  la qualitĂ© de mon sĂ©jour, surtout que j’ai payĂ© au prix fort les nuitĂ©es suite Ă  la hausse de demande causĂ©e par le festival de RAP de Dijon,. Ce qui est regrettable pour un hĂŽtel de votre catĂ©gorie. Je vous saurais grĂ© de bien vouloir envisager un geste commercial , remboursement partiel, afin de rĂ©tablir la confiance et de reconnaĂźtre les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments rencontrĂ©s.
