had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, especially at the front desk and restaurant, where I was warmly greeted with a welcome drink. The hotel itself is elegant and spotless, with beautifully maintained lobby areas. My room was spacious, functional, and offered great value for the price—truly a 7-star experience! The only minor suggestion I have is that the TV menu could be made a bit simpler to navigate. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Very close to Airport. Staff was very friendly. Transport from Airport and back at reasonable rates is great. Whenever you ask for anything for the room, the staff brings to you within a few minutes. And finally, the breakfast is excellent with a choice of Indian and Continental cuisine.

Great stay

Great hotel, food and service on a night's stopover before an early morning flight. Peaceful location next to the main road a closest to airport. Took advantage of the hotel taxi service taking away any pain for pickup and drop-off. Definately recommend this hotel.

Staff made this short stay an excellent stay

Really very impressed with this hotel. Very conveniently located for the airport and frankly not much around there (as you would expect for an airport hotel). However, the hotel was very nice and the staff simply made the stay superb..from front desk when checking in and out to all the others in between. Indians are generally very hospitable but all the staff here exceeded that.

I had a massage at the spa in the hotel and it was amazing. The whole experience from the massage room, with your own facilities as well as a shower which turned into a steam room post massage. The massage itself one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were fantastic. I spent a little time in the bar, where again the staff were great. The buffet breakfast and lunch was very good, the staff again fantastic, just as were the reception staff. Only point away is that the rooms are getting a little dated, with lack of power sockets, the bedding a bit tired and the bathroom showing its age with the shower and bath combo. The proximity to the airport helps, ask for a pickup and the experience is great and a worry off your mind.

Got met by a driver with sign at no extra cost - a huge plus after long flights. Avoided the hassle of the crush of cab drivers at airport. All communicated well by Hotel. Great room, and a Hilton type standard of Hotel. Great breakfast and all anyone could ask for, especially in India.
