The trip started with a little bump as we didn’t know about certain food but wow did they fix that fast customer service was really good and food the shrimp was amazing and believe me I been to 5 star restaurant in the us you won’t experience of Indian spices like here the taste of classic cooking was amazing amazing job my go to hotel for Chennai and it will always be also the breakfast amazing too

Stayed at The Accord Metropolitan recently after almost six years. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I couldn't help feeling the hotel has become a little dated. The room was comfortable but showed its age. The bathroom flush had to be manually stopped after every use, and the room amenities weren't arranged very well. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. I used to recommend it to everyone, but this time I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a table, and the spread was much smaller than I remembered. The South Indian dishes also tasted surprisingly sweet and lacked the authentic flavours I was expecting. That said, the hotel's biggest strength is still its fantastic staff—they were warm, courteous and always helpful. The location is also excellent. I'd happily stay here again, but at the price I paid, I'd probably consider other options first. A few upgrades and a return to the breakfast quality I remember would make a huge difference. Thank you to the team for your hospitality.
