It was heavily raining when we reached the hotel. The main gate was locked. The hotel staff took so long to open the gate for us to get in. We got drenched completely by the time they opened the gate. When we got into the room after the registration, horrified to see the room full of cockroaches all over. Bed sheets were not changed from earlier occupancy. Could not sleep since the cockroaches were on all over the bed. Next morning, there were no facilities to have a cup of coffee before leaving the hotel for business. When asked for coffee, the staff told that it will be provided after 10 onwards. Had to leave for business without breakfast and coffee.
