I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had a wonderful spacious and comfortable room. The hotel is popular and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good and offered a wide range of things. Out of all the 5 star hotels that we have stayed in and around the world, they have unmatched service. Housekeeping, front desk and any service person is always available to attend to your needs. I wonder who the duty manager is, he has trained people so well. They never have said "no" for any of my requests. Some improvements 1. Add smart tv to rooms. Tata sky is pretty annoying with so many ads 2. Need a bit bigger rooms if possible. 3. Breakfast buffet was fantastic but aappam is only available few days, having that consistently would be good.
