Staff was very helpful and respectful. The room itself was not that great, the bathroom lights were flickering despite turning them off. The on site electrical engineer dropped by and got it fixed quickly. Luckily, it didn't cause any problems afterward during the rest of the visit.

For the price, We can find better deals around Chennai. Extra person charges is not worthy as the hotel didn’t provide extra bed, they have only the extras mattress which wil be placed on the floor. The room is too dusty too.
