立地・施設は〇、但し、英語がほとんど通じない

　成都東客駅から直結の好立地で、部屋は広くバスタブも広くトイレと仕切りがあるため快適です。 　ただし、受付を含めて英語が喋れる人が少ないために、中国語が話せないと苦労します。チェックイン時にフロントで支払い手続きをしているのに、伝達が出来ていないのかレストランで引き留められる。英語で説明してもらちが明かず、待たされる。待った挙句に英語が喋れないマネージャーが布団とからやってくる。。。。レストランで水が一杯欲しいというだけで、困った顔をする。。。 　また客室の掃除後にトイレットペーパーが補充されていない、3人だと言っているのに(フロントにお願いまで行ったのに)2人分の準備しかないなど、従業員のレベルがもう少し上がることを期待します。

The location on hotels.com is wrong. Hotels.com and the Longement were zero help on this. Do not use the location or address given by hotels.com when booking if you do go - it's located in the middle of nowhere, so don't recommend at all.

1. 신축건물인지 상당히 청결하고 깔끔하다. 2. 직원들이 친절하다. 3. 위치가 외각지에 있어서인지 주변 상권과는 거리가 멀다.
