Canadian Tourists Review : Attracted by staying in one of the biggest and most unique hotel complex in the world, we decided to stay at the InterContinental Chengdu Global Centre by IHG. We wanted a unique view overlooking the water park with a terrace. The rooms / hallways were spacious and cozy. Special note to how quiet the hotel was since there were thick, well maintained carpets everywhere. Right when we entered the reception, we were welcomed by an English / French speaking Service Attendant / Butler that helped us get familiar with the complex and made sure she was reachable at all times over chat. The complex location itself is near some of the most amazing night time locations all within walking distance! You will be amazed by the engineering and modern design of the parks, shops and landmarks. As for the hotel itself, she is a grand attraction with lots of charm and comfort, but is also starting to show her age. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated visiting the marvel in architecture.

酒店的维护有问题，看上去很旧，地毯看上去也脏兮兮的，毛巾浴巾是住过洲际里最差的，同集团的经济型酒店智选假日都不会比这个差，除了有一个水世界，其他没有值得肯定的地方

定的豪华房，图片有一张大床以及一张小孩床；备注要求上下铺；到了前台告知我们定的是普通豪华房，不是主题亲子房，心中莫名失落，因为是看着图片预定的，也不知道到底是什么样的房型；后来来了一位很帅的小伙子，给我们安排了上下铺+大床的主题房，总算是缓过来；总体来说不错，小孩子很喜欢，有上下铺，有小黑板，很宽的阳台，可以游泳；但是请网站宣传一定要准确，不然客人的体验感会不好

chambre situee a l interieur du grand hangar" qui abrite le aqua center. chambre tres sombre avec bruit de fond de l immense piscine. No one understands English. Tried boiling mineral water but when I drank it tasted very sour and had to spit it out. Hair from previous guests were not cleaned in wet area. Power of my room was out. Took 45mins to fix and after 10 mims power went out again. Had a difficult time communicaring this since no one spoke english. So terrible never will come back. And the design is sooo old and spooky.

Requested a non-smoking room, but the hotel said they didn't have any more non-smoking rooms for our reserved room type. As a result, we were forced to pay extra to upgrade our room just so we can get a non-smoking room.
