If I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the upstairs laundry facilities were really useful. The breakfast was good, the room was spotless, and I loved the decor. The staff were very attentive, and I had no issues during my stay. The location is good, although the street outside could be cleaner.

Great option close to Tianfu Square and People’s park but at the same time very quiet. All kind of shops and restaurants are available in a walking distance. This hotel is quite new and the service is amazing. Staff is very friendly, breakfast included is enough to start the day, at this price I certainly recommend to stay at CYBO hotel with no hesitation

Very good surprise. Renovated in November 2025 the hotel is well located, quiet and super comfortable. The room was well equipped with a separate tea room. I loved it. Breakfast was nice and the staff very helpful too. I can only recommend to stay at CYBO

We have visited Tokyo and Osaka and Beijing before visiting Chengdu. In Japan our hotel was about 400+ USD per night. Including the 2 years old Osaka station Marriot 5 star. Trust me, you won't regret. this hotel room won't lose even comparing to Osaka Marriot, considering it's price. What a steal! Nice room. Advanced and intelligent new features like smat home etc. Thank you all the staff. I will book again in Chengdu for sure!

This is a pretty new hotel. It is very clean and modern. The staff is also very helpful. When we checked in, the front desk told us free breakfast was not included in our reservation. However, I purposely searched hotel providing free breakfast when I made my reservation. Not sure what happened but the hotel was nice enough to provide breakfast for us. One small thing the hotel can improve is to install window screens on the windows alongside the stairs. Otherwise, bugs and mosquitoes can get in. Same improvement can be made for the top floor where the gym and the laundry room are located.

Room was very comfy and modern and amenities and breakfast was great. However, some things like the toilet and sink drain clogged, so it may need some slight maintenance. However everything is very new and I was assigned to a different room promptly. Everything was pretty good in general! Staff were very friendly.
