We stayed here on a road trip and it was the most comfortable bed of the whole week! Staff was really nice and the room was clean and peaceful. Would stay here again!

Cozy place in the woods off the highway.

It was an average stay at a Inn in the woods just off the highway. The price was excellent for sure. But its a warm bed and a okay shower. They served toast, bagles and english muffins in the morning. They provide instant oatmeal tea and coffee and a soda machine. Check in is available 24 hours. The gentleman that ran the office/property was very kind and respectful. Overall, it was nice. I would say 3/5 stars.

Booked for two nights over Labor Day weekend. Close to Crater and Diamond Lakes. Comfortable king size beds and bedding. Nice bathroom. Very courteous and friendly staff. Simple coffee and bagels free for breakfast. Great Public House (best burger and hand cut fries!) down the street in tiny Chemult. Also Chevron gas station. Many tv channels and ice machine. This is a one story motel so very easy access for anyone. It’s the kind of rustic you expect in the Oregon outback but it’s clean, comfortable and safe. WiFi is free but the Outback has limited cell and WiFi coverage as expected. Still you can stay in touch. Would return gladly.

Very convenient place to stay to see Crater Lake. Very clean and hotel clerk was incredibly friendly. It is exactly what you would expect for a motel - with surprisingly nice soaps and very clean room in a rural location! Breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed!

The manager was extremely helpful accommodating the location of our room to parking to minimize walking. He also was very responsive to our questions about the property’s proximity to the fires in Oregon. We were there during the fire season.

Cute, clean, and comfortable.

This is a very cute and classic motel. The owners clearly take pride in their property and have made a lot of updates. Bed was very comfortable. Location was very convenient for visiting Crater Lake in the morning.

It is too hot upstairs. I opened the window and a moth flew in via the cracked screen. Still too hot. I can’t sleep. It’s 11 pm, and I’m writing this review because I can’t sleep, and I have a long day driving tomorrow. I thought the Midwest Kansas is the hottest this time of year, not some lake in Oregon? I wish I could sleep inside the refrigerator downstairs. It is a full sized refrigerator and I would fit! The staff is nice, though. Should have come here in winter instead of summer. Winter will be warm in here.
