My wife had a lovely 2 night break here in the Cotswolds. The Slaughters Country Inn more than met our expectations. Beautiful setting and excellent service from all the staff. Our room was spacious and clean and the food was outstanding. Recommend visiting Bourton on Water, and for beer lovers the Hawkstone brewery tour is worth doing, only a 10 minute walk away.

Everything about the accomodation was perfect. A winter stay was met with a log fire in the lounge. The breakfast was a la carte and gorgeous. Nothing was too much for the staff.

We had a lovely stay as a couple with our 5 month old puppy. The room was clean and comfy - although could hear a lot from the room above! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating. We enjoyed breakfast and were impressed with the wide variety we could choose from. I absolutely loved my stay at The Slaughters Country Inn. The whole place has this slow-paced, charming atmosphere that makes you instantly relax. The venue itself is gorgeous — full of character and set in one of the most picturesque areas I’ve visited. The coffee deserves a special mention: it was the best I’ve had on this entire trip so far. Paired with the peaceful surroundings, it made my morning feel perfect. There’s also an amazing walk right on the doorstep, which made exploring the area even better. I’d return in a heartbeat… in fact, I just might.
