We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous hotel. We were just there for one night so didnt get to see much of the area but will definitely go back. Staff were warm friendly and nothing was too much trouble, room was compact but had everything ee needed and a very comfy bed and lovely bedding.

Perfect hotel in centre of Cheltenham

Enjoyed a splendid stay in a beautiful suite with a 4 poster bed which was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fine too.Location is excellent for visiting the town and parking was easy.Altogether an excellent experience.

Your dinner menu was distinctly average. You offered two types of pizza and burgers neither of which we eat. If we wanted pizza we would go to Pizza Hut or similar likewise with burgers, we would go to MacDonalds. We ate in Brasserie Blanc which was excellent. Your bar closed at 11 o’clock in the evening. I found this very odd for a hotel of your standing. Very disappointing.

The hotel is central to town centre with convenient (if a little pricey) parking. Reception was poorly lit and therefore rather gloomy. Check in was fine. Our room was very large with a very big bed. However the shower room was very small with very poor lighting. In the room there was just one chair (with a nasty brown stain) and two stools. Other than the wardrobe there was no storage and the lack of furnishings and zero outlook made the room feel uninviting. Dining staff were very efficient and the breakfast buffet was comprehensive. English breakfast appeared very good but the flavour (except for the sausage) was bland.
